UPDATE : as of June 3 Derek Chauvin charges have increased to 2nd degree murder. The 3 other officers have also been charged with aiding and abetting murder and aiding and abetting manslaughter. The public is waiting for sentencing.
George Floyd Murdered
On Monday May 25 George Floyd was choked to death for 9 minutes by Derek Chauvin while civilians watched in horror and Derek’s friends made sure it happened . Scared for Georges life and their own, some filmed as an officer (meant to protect and serve) knelt on Georges neck. Some tried to interfere and save Georges life but they where threatened with mace and by the other officers there.
9 minutes was how long it took to take an innocent mans life but it took four days for the murderer to be arrested. The first autopsy reports even blamed Georges heart condition instead of the murderer who knelt on Georges neck.
New independent autopsy’s find the cause of death was in fact asphyxiation.
As of June 3 all men involved have been arrested and charged. The public is waiting on sentencing.
Protests, Excessive Force, Riots, Police Brutality, and Military
While people waited and are waiting for justice to be served they took and are taking to the streets and social media. Holding up signs and posting in support of Justice for George Floyd.
Protests started emerging across the nation (all the way to the white house) and around the world all uniting together for the same cause. Justice. All 50 states as well as 18+ countries joined together in protest.
Not everyone felt as united and not everything was peaceful though. Some people felt so much anger that they started destroying property. Some police couldn’t even wait for property damage or violence to happen so they instigated it with excessive force. Whatever the cause was the result was the same. Flames. People assaulted and homes and businesses damaged as well as public,private,and police property. People started looting and taking advantage of the situation. Police started throwing tear gas and shooting. Hell broke out.

A curfew was put in place in many cities across the nation to try to control the situation. Police started shooting people standing on their porch to “enforce” the curfew. The National Guard was deployed.
People continue to speak in support of George Floyd and they continue to protest.
Some peoples words have been unifying and others divisive.
Trump wanted to make speech at a church and ordered police to use force on protestors and journalists so police began assaulting journalists and peaceful protesters to clear the church.

Some people tried inciting riots and property damage but failed. People united to protect businesses and each other.
Some police officers are protesting too and are walking with peaceful protesters.
More police should be walking with peaceful protesters to help distinguish them from the rioters, looters, and criminals.
FUTURE OF THE UNITED STATES, AMERICA, AND THE WORLD
Protests, riots, looting, excessive force, police brutality, government corruption and chaos aren’t hard to find in the world today. People have been protesting police, and corruption for decades around the world. From Hong Kong to Canada people are sick and tired of the way their country and the world is being run. Tired of politicians and corporations lying and taking advantage of the public. Tired of being killed for existing.
People are literally sick with Covid 19 right now dying and if they’re not a lot are unemployed, in debt, and/or living pay check to pay check putting their health and life at risk on their job.
With global warming rising the end seems inevitable. The world is burning. Some are adding to the flames while a lot of people are frantically rushing to put the fire out.
Its easy to spread hate, incite violence, and add to the fire but how can the fire be put out?
The answers are simple but hard to achieve because the powers that control the nation, and world want to maintain the status quo.
Police, Politicians, and Big Businesses are protected and get a slap on the wrist for crimes that would get anybody else life in prison. The people that are supposed to serve the public only serve themselves. These people should be held to a higher standard not a lower one. The people betraying and endangering the public should be arrested, tried and sentenced in general population for the crimes they have committed. The police and government officials need to out the bad cops and get them fired. Walking with protesters isn’t doing anything to get the crooked cops, and officials kicked out of the force and office.
Our tax money is going towards Trump and others golf trips, police brutality, war, hate and to corporations that don’t even pay taxes instead of going back to the people to improve the nation and world. Public money has to be re budgeted for the needs of the people not the greed of the rich.
Social Security has to be improved so we can support essential workers. People risking their life shouldn’t be living pay check to paycheck (sometimes in debt). Lets give people employment checks as well as unemployment checks to support the people society needs to function from cashiers, cooks, janitors, to nurses and doctors. Police aren’t the only workers dealing with drunk, drugged, violent, dangerous, sick people.
Healthcare has to be universal so everybody has a chance to live a happy healthy life. Insulin and other treatments people need to live should not cost hundreds or thousands of dollars when it was less than $10 to produce in most cases. People should not have to be forced choose between being in a coffin or being in debt because a private company wants more profit.
The education system needs a major reform and more funding. Not only are college prices increasing yearly, people aren’t taught life skills everybody should know even without a college degree. People aren’t taught taxes, retirement, voter registration, neighborhood councils(which get $40k every year and you can help decide where the money goes), the importance of credit and many more things all people should be taught.
The world needs more teachers but the world doesn’t appreciate them. Many teachers make very little money and schools are so poorly funded that many teachers pay out of their own wallet to provide children and the future an education. Knowledge is power and oppressors always make sure people are powerless.
Every body also needs the internet. As the pandemic has shown, the internet is necessary in many industries and for many peoples lives. The internet has opened our eyes to all the corruption in the world and many people want to censor it. Everybody in the worlds needs a cheap reliable and open internet free of censorship.
Police, military, war, and hate keep getting funded around the world. Wars fought by the average person and started by the rich elite. We see more and more the problems inciting wars are rooted in government and corporate corruption. Not in the general public’s safety but from the drug wars to the wars in the middle east, innocent people are the ones dying and risking their life while the public’s own problems keep being ignored.
The world has never been as united as it is right now. While corrupt governments and entities want to divide people by race, class, and other differences, the worlds general population is united in the search for equality, justice, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
